We still prepare our delizioso pizzas following the same century-old tradition, used by those that came before us. Our Italian 00 Stagioni pizza flour creates the perfect dough, proofed for 48hrs before it’s hand-pressed by our Master pizza chefs for your enjoyment.! Each plate of perfecto pasta served is skilfully made, using the best 100% Durum wheat, which we import directly from home of pasta, Italy.
